Remedies Receives Grant from the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois (CFNIL)
Remedies Renewing Lives is proud to announce a grant received from the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois through the Meryle A. Stockhus Fund. The grant is in the amount of $45,000 and will be used to support Remedies Renewing Lives Domestic Violence Co-Location Advocacy Project with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
Remedies offers outpatient treatment services for substance abuse and gambling addiction as well as medication assisted treatment. We also operate a 24/7 domestic violence shelter and provide services for domestic violence survivors such as counseling, advocacy, support groups and assistance with Orders of Protection.
We thank the Meryle A. Stockhus Fund of the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois for their support of our Mission: Renewing lives of individuals affected by addiction, mental health issues and domestic violence.
